We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 90 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange (excluding postage incurred). Doesn’t get better, or easier than that. No questions asked. (See guarantee section)
Warranty
Each item LeisureGear sells, comes with its original brand warranty. We stand by the warranty and will gladly assist in the warranty process for any items that are faulty within the advertised warranty period. We
will also cover all shipping costs. That’s right. We know it’s not your fault and we don’t expect you to have to pay for your item to be replaced.
Warranty Based Returns
When You Receive Your Order:
We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact LeisureGear and we
will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.
Warranty Issues Over Time:
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty,
please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to LeisureGear for resolution, however you may contact LeisureGear for assistance. |
